Your fish will ship with a heat pack or ice pack as appropriate. If the temperature is forecast to drop below 35F or over 85F anywhere along the anticipated travel route, you may be asked to postpone shipping until the weather is favorable for fish survival - this ensures you will be covered by the PK Endlers Live Arrival Guarantee!* If you insist on immediate shipping in sub-par shipping conditions, you will waive the PK Endlers Live Arrival Guarantee!*  FedEx Overnight will remain an option, albeit an expensive one, during the Spring shipping season - this also ensures you will be covered by the PK Endlers Live Arrival Guarantee!*

 

PRO SPRING DELIVERY TIPS: Can't be home for a live fish delivery on a cold or hot Spring day? Plan ahead! Send the package to your office, or to a friend/family member who can receive them for you. Heat packs cease working if left outdoors in frigid weather. Overheating outdoors will definitely kill the fish. If no one receives the fish at time of drop off, and they are left outside in extreme weather conditions, this voids the PK Endlers LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. Please plan ahead for the safe receipt your fish!

Please be aware PK Endlers' LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE does not cover the reimbursement of any shipping fees. Shipping is a separate agreement with another company, facilitated by Ebay.  Any issues/refunds with the shipping company must be direct to the shipping company directly.
